The locals call it Aplysia gigantea, so I did not double-check the ID. But don't quote me, because the Sea Slug Forum says that this species is at home in Western Australia and the East Coast species should be Aplysia extraordinaria. Several of these giants were seen in both dive sites. One individual was hurt and pushed into the rocks by the surge.

A few big ones of this species in different spots. It is what I call Goniodoridella sp. 2 (and everyone else Goniodoris aspersa). Of course, I am right :-) Goniodoris aspersa is a different critter with perfoliate rhinophores. But who cares.
